The problem occurs because a service called windows live id sign-in assistant which start with windows automaticly So what i do is simply set the startup type to manual in the properities dialog.
So, I search for another answer, and i found a solution, maybe not perfect, but it work. I disabled it and even deleted it, but it didn’t help. At first, i thought there were something wrong in the add-ons, and it happened to have an add on called windows live id sigh-in helper. It says windows live id sign-in assistant has an error. If any of them is running, select it and click. Go to Processes tab and make sure msnmsgr.exe and wlcomm.exe services are not running. Or press Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys together to launch it. Open Task Manager by right-click on Taskbar and select Task Manager. But, after I installed ie9, a dialog occured when i start my computer, like follows: Solution 1: Clear Windows Live Contact Cache.

Second, I have windows live writer installed before, and it works well. I did it and it seems work well since then. I searched the problem and have a solution, reset the setting.
